Kazoku Neko means "family cat" in Japanese. Most of my cats have had Japanese names. Our family members include: Kintaro, (male) his name means "big golden" and TT, (female) her initials stand for Triple Trouble. We have doggies too! Brownie, our adopted stray; Big Boy, one of her pups; and Penny, our failed foster.

purrs and prayers for kimiko
i took kimiko to the vet friday. she has been losing weight and her appetite is on again, off again. she has lost 2.4 lbs in the last 8 months. she now weighs 6.6 lbs. most of the weight has been lost in the last month or so. she would trick me with her on on/off appetite. i would think she was back to normal then she would hardly eat again. the vet thinks her tummy is not right, hence the x-rays and bloodwork. kimiko is now 13 years old so our options may be limited by her age.
this morning i dropped her off at the vet's for the x-rays and blood work. i will pick her up this afternoon. please keep kimiko in your purrayers.
