My book is The Joy of Cooking 75th Anniversary by Irma S. Rombauer, Marion Rombauer Becker, and Ethan Becker. i seem to have ALOT of cookbooks in my house. i inherited quite a few from my mother-in-law when she moved into a seniors apartment complex. she didn't have much room in her new apartment so i ended up getting almost all of her cookbooks and loose recipes.
